Moves all new creation club quests given for free in the next-gen patch to the Miscellaneous category, making them less disruptive but still accessible.

Moves all new creation club quests to the Miscellaneous category, making them less disruptive but still accessible.
Mostly a personal use file, but will leave a copy on the nexus too.
Small file, just a plug and play esp file
Quests moved to the Miscellaneous category:
All quests still behave as usual, but all active faster and more quietly due to their new placement, this also allows users to still activate them for map markers.
Naturally, this will require the next gen patch, does not require any other DLC.
