A patch for HDR, CFM, TD and VAFS Redux (w/VATS). Yes, their all optional so you can pick just 1 patch (for example HDR - TD)

- Forwarded fixes and descriptions
HDR - VAFS (w/VATS):
- Forwarded VAFS description changes
HDR - TD:
- Forwarded TD's perk changes but keeps some of HDR's perk overhauls (for example, HDR changed the heavy gunner 4 & 5 to bullet storm)
- Guns, Energy, & Explosives skills no longer increase damage (Unarmed & Melee has not been touched to try and keep them viable)
- Nerfed some HDR perks to not give too much damage or outright just remove the damage buff
HDR - CMF - TD - VAFS (w/VATS):
- Everything above but with some tweaked descriptions for compatibility between CMF & VAFS
Q&A:
- Why VAFS (w/VATS)? Can't you just patch it for VAFS?
- Because I use both and I ain't making a patch for VAFS solely, You can tweak it yourself using FO4Edit

- True Damage - Crits Patch - Fixes the broken critical damage using True Damage
- SCOURGE - Who actually doesn't use this with True Damage?
