Simply Better Weather has a tendency of making the water black especially at a distance. This is unacceptable. Thus all water entries were deleted, the water is back to blue and all is right the world.

Simply Better Weather has a tendency of making the water black especially at a distance. This is unacceptable and this mod fixes that. Thus all water entries were deleted, the water is back to blue and all is right the world. If you don't have that problem great; continue with your life. If at any point in your modding, your water turns to black and you have simply better weather mod, then install this; basically use this esp instead of the one in simply better weather.
How do you fix problems with esp mods; that is dirty entries? Well you start by getting the creation kit which goes in your fallout 4 root. First run it will do a Facegen thing then ask you a question; you can say no. Now File -> Data. If your mod is in the data folder as it should be then you can find it in the list, you select it and click details. What loads next is all the changes the ESP makes. Now I had already determined said mod made water black; so something in this list was making the water black. Sometimes this is easy the guess, other times hell. In this case there were entries more or less labelled as WTER or WATER or something like that and I selected them and hit delete and said yes to the question. Then I said the mod as the active file and loaded it, then I saved it and a new mod was born without the issue. However in the case of Fog Remover II it is less obvious what was making the far reaches of LOD black...finally figured it was water, but there was like a fog or mist kind of LOD that went away. It was a stat clouddistant or stat INV_clouddistant form that was responsible and there was a lot of them; but it was too low to be called a cloud, it was in the LOD trees; anyways. I hope you enjoy the mod and learned something. I decided not the Fog Remover II because fog is a much greater FPS hit then LOD water which doesn't look great is acceptable.
