In vanilla Fallout 4, the player's jump is hardly high enough to get over small ledges. This mod increases that jump height from a base value of 90, up to either 110, 130, 150, 170, or 200. Just download ONE of the uploaded files depending on which jump height you prefer.
I have not tested this in the "next-gen" update, so let me know if you encounter any issues with it.
