Attack of the Lobotomites - StoryWealth Lobotimite
A StoryWealth themed patch for the Lobotomites. Rebalances the enemies and loot found in Attack of the Lobotomites.
Technicals
Nerfed gear to be weaker and no longer provide Weave unless occupying slots 33.
Removed a bunch of "tiers" so there is just one tier per visual type of gear.
Merged custom paint together with materials.
Reduced loot from both Lobotomites and Raiders.
Reduced values of various items and gear.
Increased Encounter Zone from level 50 to 75.
Buffed Lobotomites enemies. Scales up to level 75 and get some custom perks to make them nastier to deal with.
