f*#@ yes. It's such a small change but it's the perfect finisher for this mod. Where most of the Pip-Boy mods are just a higher res retex, this is A) creative, B) lore friendly and C) plausible. The other suggestion of having this as an item you acquire *at* the Institute would be the perfect icing, although I imagine this would be quite difficult without the CK.
