This is a simple patch so that the FRDZ Piper visual presets can carry over through Horizon's records. It mainly just makes sure that Piper has the proper Horizon perks.

This mod obviously requires the FRDZ Piper Replacer optional file and Horizon. Currently for Horizon 1.9.4d. Obviously, load this plugin after the Z_Horizon.esp. Make sure that you have all of the requirements for the replacers.
