Rescales Mr. Handy race to try to fit the classics (FNV/Fo3).

CLASSIC SCALED HANDIES AND MORE...
Since the Handies in the older games seem a little larger, I decided to have that here. This mod just rescales the Mr. Handy race (which includes the Mr. Gutsy) to 1.12. You can just rescale if it's too big or too small for your taste however anything past 1.12 is enormous.
Decided to share the mod anyway in case anyone wanted it.
- Robobrains are now downscaled from 1.26 to 1.00 including Sentry Bots!
Xbox and PS ports now available!
