Replaces the light combat armor chest piece with the soft armor from the sturdy combat armor chest piece. It's basically a flak vest! No ESP or ESL. Compatible with creation club skins!

"Although this soft body armor lacks any rigid plates, it's layers of ballistic nylon and steel meshing should provide some protection from shrapnel, low powered bullets and laser shots. Before the war, this flak vest was probably issued to tankers, law enforcement, or civilians with the proper licenses."
This simply replaces the light combat armor chest piece with the soft armor from the sturdy and heavier models, thus making it look a lot like a Kevlar or flak vest if you squint. It also comes with a belt full of pouches and a canteen.
It's compatible with creation club skins by keeping the decals to the front of the vest.
To install, put it in:
Fallout 4\Data\meshes\Armor\CombatArmor.
