Simply, all BoS personnel should wear the Urban SAS Uniforms in some combination. The screenshot isn't very representative of the mod, most unnamed BoS Soldiers should have headgear.
Please provide as much feedback and constructive criticism as possible, first mod attempt on Nexus.
