This character I originally uploaded as a preset face (it is now available as a LooksMenu preset as well). You can grab the file here if you would rather use her as your player character. I had some requests to change Cait's appearance to hers, so I decided to make this standalone plugin.
If you have any requests for hair color or hair style changes, just let me know.
12/06/2016: Version 1.3 - Improved her jawline in profile view and changed her ears more towards the default.
12/04/2016: Version 1.2 - I made her eyes a bit smaller for realism, made her mouth slightly smaller to compensate and got rid of her blush. I also made her hair the original color - Deep Red.
01/13/2016: Got rid of the various small amounts of blemishes on the face and changed the lip color slightly for both versions.
01/10/2016: Added pic without ENB enabled. (last pic, floral dress)
01/09/2016: Added another file with the default hairstyle.
Required:
Valkyr Female and Body Texture (Just the face texture is needed) by Fuse00
Appealing Moles (without this she will have big nasty moles) by JTesmer
Optional: (but very recommended)
I used these mods as well, so her face will look different without them.

Installation:
If you are using Nexus Mod Manager simply download the file and play. For manual installations, unzip the file and place it in your data directory (\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data), then enable the esp.
