Improvements:
Improved fog effect, fog is pushed back further so weathers other then clear don't look shitty.
Better shadows.
Decreased Specular to remove shine on the floor from the sun.
Minimal SSAO, makes SSAO tighter to really sell that painted look.
Known Issues:
Water still looks like ass, the shading effect can still be seen through water meaning almost everything is visible form above water, I think this is do the transparent nature of water textures, i tried my best to cover this up with reflections but its the best i could do.
Godrays can make everything look washed out i recommend disabling them, all my screenshots and GIFs were done with godrays turned off.
