Adds a random encounter with a courier eyebot who delivers spam mail.
The scourge of the modern world returns to Fallout 4! No, not capitalism. That was already there. Politics too. No, no. Not something nearly so important. Just the thing that annoys everyone equally - SPAM! Yes, you heard me right. I added advertisements, scams, and more, all to be delivered straight to the player by courier eyebot!
