A "slight" overhaul of everyone's favorite settlement in the base game.

Coastal Cottage - Good as New is a SLIGHT modification to everyone's "favorite" settlement location in the base game. New buildings? New terrain? New  meshes? Nope, none of that. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible, so I just added a load of exotic crops to the settlement and called it a day.

Features:
- The cave is filled with brain fungus and glowing fungus
- The wrecked truck is no longer scrappable and now serves as a water basin (provides 5 water to the settlement!) with three bloodleafs floating in it
- You can find carrot flower, siltbeans, hubflowers, melon blossoms and gourd blossoms in the settlement.
- All the aforementioned crops are modified versions which can be taken care of by settlers and therefore will replenish!
- Oh, and since I added so much stuff for survival mode-based items: I just threw in a bunch of wild razorgrain crops which can actually be harvested for a change.
- If you roam the area around the settlement you will find some other goodies, one of them bein 3 thistles growing near the irradiated puddle with the car wreck in it. And if you go down to the beach facing Salem you might encounter a new little surprise. Just a hint:"Lift off!"
- Added some permanent (ie non-scrappable) walls and roofs to the destroyed building to create a simple ready-to-move-in shelter for your new setllers. Saves time and headaches and also made navmeshing more consistent (which I updated while I was at it).

ESL version only since it's not THAT drastic of an overhaul. Might add it to my settlement overhaul compilation later if the mod turns out to be stable and developed enough.
