Introduction We all have been in the situation where we were too lazy to watch out for enemies, so we just kept spamming VATS to spot enemies before they could detect us. This mod introduces a small tweak to balance this "exploit".
Features
Activating VATS will now cost a fixed amount of Action Points, if no target was found
Configurable cost using the config file "F4SE/VATSActivationCost.ini"
