Does what it says on the tin.

Uses textures and material files to make all barnacles transparent. A lot of barnacles are part of precombines so making them transparent removes the eyesore without breaking precombines. It also removes the script from the trap barnacle activator so they will no longer emit radiation.

But, why? 

Ever scrap something only to have a barnacle hanging around afterwards? Yeah, me too. Plus they are just ugly.
