Grand Slam Overhaul!
This mod overhauls the chance system for the Grand Slam effect,
causing it to have a guaranteed flying shot with every new enemy!
(As far as I am aware, the only item that uses this effect is the 2076 World Series Baseball Bat)
Basically, when fighting, the vanilla game gives it a 7% chance of using the "Grand Slam",
now when you hit an enemy, they are guaranteed to shoot off!
Notice: This only works on every NEW enemy. Meaning, an individual enemy can
