      You could probably adjust the values in xEdit. But real life flares usually last for around 1 minute 30 seconds and an in-game hour is 3 minutes so personally seems to be right in the sweet spot.

      Unless you use a better timescale, like 8 instead of 20. Then it should last about twice as long.

    any chance of making the flare for the flare gun red like in vanilla? Or an option to craft both white and red?

    I don't get the requirements. Are the those mods NEEDED for the Bengal flares OR are they just USEFUL while using them.

    Does it attract attention when it's burning? Let's say if you throw one will enemies get alerted? Can it be used in a flaregun?

      It doesn´t track attention. The opposite: some Creatures tend to stay away.

      No Flaregunammo until now, dont thought it would be requestet.

      On the note of attracting attention, would it do anything for Raiders, i.e. I fire one into or right above a Raider camp, would it at least make them go 'Huh?' I'm not sure how exactly that would be coded - I know there's things like 'detection events', but not specifically how they work.

      Yes, sadly there is a FPS draw from flares. Therefore the game-engine limits to 7 at one time

      u can set the flag shadow omnidirectional to 0 in xedit under the light entry of this mod. less beauty, but more fps.
