Removes damage modifiers from energy weapon capacitors, making enemy energy weapons like laser rifles and plasma rifes as dangerous as yours

The thing that True Damage remove from Fallout 4 is how the ballistic weapon stats have unnecessary "moving parts" like damage modifier receivers, which was giving the devs difficulty on how to balance the game since they don't really have any idea what buffs the player have when encountering specific group of enemies. Resulting in how laughably balanced enemies are and how many bullet sponge enemies exist in vanilla Fallout 4.

This mod is a companion to True Damage to remove all damage difference and buffs from energy weapon capacitors, making your laser rifles do the same damage as enemy LRs, as well as plasma rifles.

So unlike traditionally you have to bring your new  fancy laser guns home and upgrade them, now you can just pick them off dead enemies and use them to it's full potential

This mod features:
- Removing buffs from vanilla capacitors
- Adding bonus 60% damage for all energy weapons, so they don't lack damage
- Add damage bonus for laser snipers (Sniper Barrels) since how underpowered they are without it.
- Patch for every energy weapon that uses vanilla energy ammo and energy ammo from Munitions, in case sometimes the author just forgot to add energy weapon keyword to modded energy weapons
- Works for every modded weapons as long as they use vanilla Receiver attach point keyword for it's capacitors. I also made patch for F4NV AEP7 and Heavy Support Weapons Pack since they don't use vanilla Receiver attach point for capacitors.

This mod can also affect ballistic weapon receivers. But since you use True Damage, everything will be okay.
