THE STORY OF MY LIFE:
This mod was made primarily to run Fallout 4 on a GPD Win 2.
What started as a personal project took entire months, and when I got my Steam Deck, I worked on the project less and less until I abandoned it, but not necessarily unfinished.
I want to upload it so that someone else who needs or wants to destroy their Fallout 4 can install it and enjoy a better performance and aesthetics overhaul.

THE CONSCIOUSNESS BEHIND:
The criteria for this mod was taken texture by texture. Compressing them and lowering the resolution as much as possible.
Most are 32x32 and 64x64, some consciously even up to 4, 8 and 16px.
However, some things cannot be at such low resolution. Posters and texts, character's skin, and faces are important.
These types of textures together with grasses, tree foliage, meshes, and other textures with transparency generate ugly graphic bugs that other ultra-low texture mods do not contemplate. These types of textures are treated with special care and although they are reduced, their details are retouched by hand so that they are as distinguishable as possible and things like posters and covers remain legible.
I trust that overall the decisions for each texture were made sensibly.

UTILITIES:
•This mod, combined with others, allowed the GPD Win 2 to play at 30 unstable frames per second and 25 completely fluid and stable. Don't think badly, 25 fps on a screen of that caliber feels good. This mod would allow you to improve performance on other less powerful devices such as Abernic Win600, Windows tablets, and office/study laptops, among others.
•Gives a pretty nice N64 or PS1 aesthetic (I would say it looks more N64)
•In more competent equipment you would reduce the load on your components, which means less heat, and less stress for your machine.
•In addition to the previous point, on devices such as the Steam Deck, Rog Ally, GPD Win Max+, Aya Neo, GPD Win 3/4, or laptops, you will gain performance and useful battery life.

EXTRAS:
This mod has a complement for the main menu background video.

Este mod fue hecho principalmente para correrse en una GPD Win 2.
Lo que empezó como un proyecto personal tomó días y horas enteros y, cuando obtuve mi Steam Deck, fuí trabajando cada vez menos en el proyecto hasta que lo abandoné, pero no necesariamente inconcluso. 
Quiero subirlo para que alguien más que esté en la necesidad, o el gusto, de destrozar su Fallout 4 pueda instalarlo... Y así disfrutar de la mejora de rendimiento y unos gráficos bellísimos.

LA CONCIENCIA DETRÁS:

El criterio para este mod fue tomado textura por textura. Comprimiéndolas y bajándoles la resolución lo más posible.
La mayoría están a 32x32 y a 64x64, a conciencia algunas incluso hasta 4px, 8 y 16px.

Sin embargo, hay cosas que no pueden estar a tan baja resolución. Carteles y textos, piel y rostros son importantes.
Ese tipo de texturas junto con hierbas, follaje de los árboles mallas y demás texturas con transparencias generan feísimos bugs gráficos que otros mods de texturas ultrabajas no contemplan. Este tipo de texturas se tratan con especial cariño y aunque están reducidas, sus detalles están retocados a mano para que se distinga lo más posible y cosas como pósters y portadas sigan siendo legibles.
Confío en que en general las decisiones de cada textura fueron tomadas con sensatez.

UTILIDADES:

•Este mod combinado con otros más, permitió en la GPD Win 2 jugar a 30 inestables y 25 completamente fluídos y estables. No pienses mal, 25 fps en una pantalla de ese calibre se sienten realmente bien. Este mod te permitiría mejorar el rendimiento en otros dispositivos poco poderosos como Abernic Win600, tabletas Windows, laptops de oficina/estudio, entre otros.
•Da una estética N64 o PS1 bastante simpática (Yo diría que parece más N64)
•En equipos más competentes reducirías la carga de tus componentes, lo que significa menos calor, menos estrés para tu equipo.
•Sumado al punto anterior, en máquinas como la Steam Deck, Rog Ally, GPD Win Max+, Aya Neo, GPD Win 3/4, o laptops, ganarás rendimiento y duración útil de la batería.
