Minor tweaks to glow mesh and rotation speed.
Fixed a couple of typos in the plugin. Small changes to magic effect and condition checks.
Adding rotating light to the Actuated(construction) head armor of Automatron Protectrons. Could be a bug or an oversight, but it's not there compared to vanilla Protectrons. The plugin has ESL flag.
The included BGEM material is copied from the vanilla one, it's not an override. Compared to original, I only enabled the Two Sided flag, because I think the glow effect looks a bit better. But that's just my opinion. If you want to reduce the glow, then lower the Base Color Scale in the material file.
