Late to the contest but I wanted to not stop till the design had some sort of semi complete state. Ill need to come back and change a bunch of stuff. If it wasnt for Yagisan and his Wabbajack this wouldnt exist at all :)
Level 3 90 Pop Adds in some training and some decorations. Robot workbench and all other crafting benches present. Level 2 64 Pop Builds everything up. Adds in more training areas. Level 1 45 Pop Last level jobs are added to in any major way. Basic base layout established. Level 0 21 Pop Has the basics you need with a wall to keep the enemies out.
If settlers wont walk in you can use the SS2 hammer to move them to their jobs (call to meeting then back to work options).
If you run into plots that forget what their supposed to be please give me some feedback abuot it. Ive tried for days to stop it from happening but it still does.
