- Now the finger guns take 10mm ammo. You have five fingers, so you can shoot five times. Blood impact/bullet holes now exist. The finger gun also has the sound of the 10mm pistol.
possibly: make a patch that restores the finger gun sound if people want, different ammo types maybe, damage increase? swap the full auto and semi auto hand animations maybe?
