Comes with film grain and letterbox effects by default.
Install this preset for an intense and grimy game play experience.

Download the Reshade Framework 1.1 from Reshade.me (bottom of the page under "LEGACY DOWNLOADS")
Extract the reshade folder, reshade.fx, and Reshade64.dll to your Fallout 4 folder (steam/steamapps/common/fallout4)
Rename "ReShade64.dll" to "dxgi.dll"
Download Borealis Cinematic Preset of your choosing
Copy all files to your Fallout 4 folder
Download the VERISION .291 ENB Binary from http://enbdev.com/download.htm
COPY ONLY THE D3D11.DLL AND d3dcompiler_46e.DLL into your fallout 4 directory.
