Ghoul-Infested fungal Apocalypse themed hardcore remake of Concord's Level Design. In a nutshell: New cool things to look at, things to loot, things to shoot.

Started your 23828492th playthrough of Fallout 4 and finally got tired of the same boring copy-pasted buildings and barely half a dozen of raiders to shoot at?
I've got you covered.
This mod aims to make the Concord location not only more immersive and detailed, but also more oppressive, intimidating and harder to pass through.
The original town's design felt a little too barren and empty, so I remade it in a brutalist, urban and fungal overgrown style. Added tall advertisement billboards, shopping carts and heaps of trash, tall vines, ruins, highways and roots to litter the streets. I added high-level enemies, specifically ghouls, and Raiders for an added challenge. They will respawn, to keep you constantly entertained when you pass through. Very simple, no new quests or unique enemies. Best if played on Survival Difficulty.
Inspired by a weird dream I had, the TLOU series and Fallout 4 concept art.
Lore-Friendly? For sure. Mixes DLC and base game objects for variety in visuals. (Requires Nuka World and Vault-Tec Workshop.)
Balanced? Yes and No. It's built around being significantly harder than vanilla, even in the easiest difficulty. You'll get assaulted by high level enemies soon after you enter the city. Stealth recommended.
Performance? With good CK practices (Not moving or deleting vanilla placed objects, only adding. Didn't add any physics objects. Lights won't cast shadows, for better performance.) I didn't notice any performance hit at all. Might vary depending on your load order.
