A new institute weapon comes to the wasteland with unique useful utility effects:
  • The basic tesla barrel zaps your enemies with directed lightning.
  • The magnetron barrel shoots a ball of energy that does better damage but flies slower.
  • The pulse barrel shoots a stunning ring that stuns organic enemies and frenzies robots.
  • The overcharged barrel shoots a ball of energy that shuts down robots and power armor.
The gun can be found on synths after level 10, there's a static spawn in Greentech by the courser on the top floor.

Compatible with Dark Institute Weapons and any other institute retexture!
