Added more leveled tiers to the special weapons lists in 5 level increments to the legendary drop lists
Removes all vanilla weapons and armor from the possible legendary item list drops. This will make your legendary drops roll significantly more mod weapons. The idea is that mods with a legendary will have their form i.d. added to the possible legendary lists. Removing vanilla weapons from that list should roll only mod weapons added after the base game. Also note that some legendary mod weapons will not spawn until you reach level 30. *BASE GAME AND DLCs VERSION INCLUDED*
