A fully finished 4k HD Menu replacer with the highest quality audio, a new starfield style logo intro and a fallout 4 decal overlayed in the appropriate place on the majority of the video. The decal changes with the background using a minor blend effect.

This is not my original work but the combined works of other authors on this site.
I will take this down if any of the source authors do not want it up. It is mainly for personal use but it took quite awhile to get everything working properly so I want to share. I have no problem with anyone using it for any reason.

A fully finished 4k HD Menu replacer with the highest quality audio, a new starfield style logo intro and a fallout 4 decal overlayed in the appropriate place on the majority of the video. The decal changes with the background using a minor blend effect.
AI Upscalers:
Resolution: 3840x2160 @60fps @120mb/sec
Frame Interpolation: Apollo
1st enhancement: Proteus - Enhance MQ
2nd enhancement: Proteus - Fine Tune/ Enhance
Output Size: 2.91GB
Bink Settings:compress to 150% Data Rate 10.0
Warning: This is a very large file. I probably wouldn't run this on a regular Hard Drive. No support will be provided. There is not really anything to support.
Troubleshooting: The Audio is built into the Video file. You may need to disable intro music in bethini if you have it enabled. You will know if you have a problem if you hear doubled up audio.Remember to remove any other music files that affect the main menu.

converted using a AMD 5800X3d / 7900XT combo
converted to .blk using RAD Tools and renamed .bk2 , then reinserted audio soundtrack on tracks 1-5
