Because with the Rig suit alone you cannot make it in the Commonwealth... A fitting weapon for a fitting gear... Is a modified version of the laser rifle... but I think it came out all right... plus even using fusion cells as magazines it shoots ballistic incendiary projectiles... plus it has an increase damage and the perk that stacks damage the more hits you land... have insert it into the world, just near the exit of Vault 111... (images section)
