Each settlement recruits several female Minutemen, including three DLC workshop settlements. There are several Male Minutemen on The Slog, while more than 20 Minutemen are all present in The Castle.
This Save Game Files is applicable to "version 1.10.980" that has been upgraded with "Fallout 4 next gen patch".
The locations of special NPCs recruited in the archive are: Trader Rylee, Doc Anderson, Anne Hargraves in "Red Rocket Truck Stop", Tina De Luca in "Starlight Drive In", Ben Gibson in "The Castle", Smiling Larry, Ron Staples, The Scribe, Vault Tec Rep, Sheffield, Mac, Parker Quinn in "The Slog", Drinkin 'Buddy in "Sanctuary Hills", Honey Dan in "Covenant".

00.Prologue
01.Out Of Time.Unlocking only 4 workshops at Sanctuary Hills, Red Rocket, Bunker Hill, and Boston Airport.
02.Jewel Of The Commonwealth.Unlock all settlement workshops.____In Nuka-World,In the main Quest "Home Sweet Home", I occupied a settlement in the Commonwealth, which is the County Crossing. However, in the end, I didn't raise a flag and ended the Quest with a console, so I didn't have any hostility towards Preston Garvey; The "Power Play" Quest is also directly pulled out from the console, and the progress jumps directly to "continue to move to the control room". Therefore, The Pack with limited territory has not formed hostility and can still be preserved. After the Nuka-World is electrified, the three major gangs of The Operators, The Pack, and The Disciples can all be preserved.

The Commonwealth ultimately coexists with The Minuteman, Brotherhood, Railroad, and The Institute.
