Couldn't find any fixes for this so made my own. If you use vanilla Female body there is a large square hole on the elbow of the Drifter Outfit that only appears on NPC's. It was a bit tricky to fix as it won't show up in Nifskope or Outfit Studio but just needed a few vertices moving about. This mod also fixes some minor clipping on both Male and Female versions and the armoured variant.
