About this mod
In the wasteland, the knowledge to use every manner of weaponry available should have been a matter of life and death. Yet, the game is designed for you to master one specific type of weapon. This mod seeks to remedy that.

What does this mod do?:
-Increase Bloody Mess's damage bonus to a maximum of 75%, change the perk's name and flavor text.
-Decrease the maximum damage bonus of other damage perks to 35% instead of vanilla's 100% EXCEPT for basher.
-Increase Basher's maximum damage bonus to 1000% to make bashing more viable.
-Remove the SPECIAL and level requirements for abovementioned perks.
The goal:
Provide the player the option of specialising into one specific weapon without making other weapons completely useless.
Installation:
Use any mod organizer you like. Place this after any perk-modifying mods for minimum conflicts.
