Fixes the Ninja Perk (Checks for 1H and 2H melee weapons now)

Just a simple fix for Ninja ranks 1-3.
Some levels didn't reference 2H melee, only 1H.
There is a "bug fixes" mod out there, but it includes unlisted changes, no specific explanations of what was changed and why etc. So I decided
to create a "mod-per-bugfix".
If I create more I'll make an installer so you can choose what you want.
