Basic modification, adds 100/200/300/400/500 radiation resistance to the Ballistic Weave modifications in game on top of the armor bonuses. Not fully tested yet. Working on that.

I created this mod because a friend asked me if one existed, and we found out there wasn't one, so I figured I'd try my hand at making this simple mod. I hope it helps someone out there.
