Requirement :
Address Library for F4SE Plugins
Actor Velocity Framework 1.52+

Bind keys through MCM and configure velocity, cooldown, max speed and etc.
You can basically use it anytime unless it's on cooldown, with any weapon. Just press the key.
You can also cut off the rope early if you press the key again.
It might feel weird that the grapple comes out of nowhere but I just wanted to create a simple version first.
