    As it is currently, this definitely won't work. It's just the base LL_Lightsaber list copied as an override, with no changes made to it, so that won't affect where the lightsaber turns up. To do that you'd need to modify the script on the LL_LightsaberPop quest, specifically the script properties LL_Baton_Shock, LLI_Hostile_Synth_Melee, LLI_Hostile_BOS_Melee and LLI_BoSSoldier_Weapons, which have level-lists assigned of the same names. Those properties would have to be cleared (using the CK) or set to NULL (in FO4Edit); setting to NULL just involves replacing the Form ID of the assigned level-list to 00000000. Then of course the quest has to be stopped and re-started in-game in order to re-seed the level lists, otherwise the changes won't take effect.

      Hey, thanks man! I actually posted over in your mod's comments asking if you'd make this little tweak, as I'm not that great at this sort of thing. But I'll get to work on doing what you said right now. Again, appreciate you telling me how to do this!
