OVERVIEW:
This mod makes radstags neutral/friendly. That's it. Radstags will still attack you if shot, but they won't hunt you down while you're out in the Commonwealth wilderness anymore.

WHY?
Because hostile radstags are super irritating. Companions always shoot at them for just walking around, which is distracting and draws enemy attention on occasion.
