Sprinting no longer drains AP and changes the Rank 3 "Moving Target" Perk.

What it does?
Adds a magazine to the outside of Vault 111 to start mod. (See pictures).
Adds a new perk that makes sprinting cost 0 AP.
Changes Rank 3 of the Moving Target Perk.
Magazine
Like my other mods, you need to read the magazine to start the mod.
It's better this way so the mod isn't locked to all saves.
The magazine is located outside Vault 111 inside the lift control room. See picture above if unsure.
Infinite Sprint
It's a new perk granted by the magazine, making the sprinting action consume 0 AP.
Perk Changes
Rank 3 Moving Target Perk
The original perk makes sprinting cost 50% less AP. With this mod this perk becomes useless as sprinting costs 0 AP.
So I changed Rank 3 to reflect what rank 1 and 2 do but at a higher level.
You now get +75 Damage Resistance and +75 Energy Resistance when you're sprinting
