About this mod
This mod alters V.A.T.S., Explosions, Poison, HC Effects, Teleportation, etc. image space modifier color palette to white. Almost all effects are transparent now.

This mod sets the applied image space modifier color palette to 255, 255, 255. Sets the "color" to white, here and there alpha was swapped to 0. This makes the effect more effective due to being transparent.
The teleporation effect for example now looks much more immersive, the alpha was set to numbers to high to make the effect working properly at all.
The VATS targeting screen now shows the exact image space color instead of a blushed and blurry image.
In some cases animation time has been changed to be lower in total, such as when player char is getting hit, or when yao guai roar.
