I just stumbled across your amazingt logical common-sense mods especially these workbenches.. and i thought what a shame these couldn't double-up as assignable workstations perhaps the products (like scavers) could be deposited into the workshops by the assigned workers too :)
I'll edit the readme file later, but this might be useful. "Blacksmith" is intentionally a very simple mod. It will let you make things for which all you need is a hammer, an anvil, and a clamp to hold things steady. If you want to make more complicated equipment, you might start with the Contraptions Workshop DLC which will let you build weapon forges. You might also try Vazeron1's "Craftable Guns and Weapons" https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1224
Looks great in theory though I'm kinda disappointed it caps out at pipe guns, swords and laser muskets. With the right training (perks) and materials, you should be able to forge anything.
I'd be concerned with the issue of tolerances. Most modern equipment needs accurate dimensions to within, say, a thousandth of an inch. This would need accurately calibrated machine tools, which I didn't include. However, if you want to adapt this mod for your own use, it's quite easy to do in the Creation Kit. Look for co_weapon_lasermusket_Blacksmith and alter it into a new entry with whatever result you'd like.
