A leveled City Plan for a Concrete Outpost to serve your Gunner mop-up activities. Supports the Warwick Experiment (Farmers should continue to farm) for those friendly with the Institute. Supports 26+ troops (Number does not include the farmers).

This is my first mod, city plan and contest entry; newbie errors may have occurred.

Troubleshooting

Research Notes: Big complex mods can lead to small issues appearing without transparent patterns. Here's a checklist that may assist in resolving them.

  • Elevator has no buttons! This Mod will resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can replace the elevator in workshop mode & the 4th floor should snap to the floor boards above. 
  • Plot Power not working properly? Try the "Pick it up & Let it go" stratagem. This should refresh/reset the plot and have it find the radiant power. 
  • Plots not building as intended? From my understanding: More variables = more complexity which leads to odd outcomes.

    My favorite headache in my first level 1-2 build: Moving a recruitment plot to a new location and filling the empty location with a Battlefield Scavenger plot. While testing the city plan, this plot would refresh into a Prison! Thematically, I purposively have no prisons in the city plan, so I was quite surprised!
    This is more pronounced in level 3 plans, since these usually have the most items being built. Things to verify:
  • Do you have the plots unlocked? (Hi-Tech Defense being a prime example).
  • From my understanding: If a plan is stuck, the correct plot won't build. This is true even when multiple plots are present with one successfully building. There is an alternative way to unlock plots. You can use the City Manager 2078 Holotape > Tools > Cheats to unlock them.
