Adds the Ruger American Rifle to the Commonwealth

Ruger has for many decades develop a great reputation for making great firearms at an reasonable price. In the late early 2000's and early 2010's shooting competitions were quickly on the rise and people needed a rifle that function well, very accurate, and cost effective. Ruger's answer to this was the Ruger American Rifle. 
Launched in 2011 it quickly gain popularity as an reasonably price rifle that also comes with all of the bells and whistles of higher end rifles. Hunters would grab a hold of this rifle as well and praised just how great the platform was. Many years later this rifle has many aftermarket customizations letting gun owners make the rifle into whatever they need it to be.
So what does this mod come with?
You get 2 versions of the rifle- the Ranch version and Regular version
The Ranch version has
-Typical Receiver upgrades with a special mod that boast the speed of the bolt
-2 muzzles
-bipod
-4 material swaps
-5 optics
-4 chamberings
-5 magazine upgrades - you can equip a 30-round mag on a bolt rifle
The Regular version has
-2 muzzles
-bipod
-3 stocks
-13 material swaps
-5 optics
-6 chamberings
-3 magazines
This weapon has legendary effects running in the background that are there to make the game more realistic by adding damage bonus (1.5x) depending on what caliber you use on your target. This is due to how in real life there is a such thing as too much or too little bullet for your target which makes hunters choose the right caliber for the job.
So how do I obtain this rifle?
This rifle will appear on gunners, vendors, and legendary list. Note that enemies will have these legendary buffs applied to them as well which will make snipers much more dangerous but they shouldn't be too overpowered.

Known Issues:This mod does edit legendary effects as I had to create my own custom legendary effect. I tested this mod in game and legendary effects still spawned in game just fine. This mod will conflict with my other mods so if you want to play with more than one of my weapon mods then I suggest downloading Big Game Firearms instead.If you have more than one of this weapon in your inventory it will bug out at the workbench. Have one at a time in inventory and make changes to one of them at a time.
