Really basic patch to fix the single texture file that seems to be the cause of CWSS crashing.

I kept getting a CTD after building some stalls from CWSS v4.01. The crashlog pointed to a single texture file, so I took a look and noticed it was 2000x2000 instead of 2048x2048, so I resized it. It seems to fix the CTD for me, hopefully it will fix it for you too.
This change has been integrated in the CWSS v4.011 update so you now only need this patch if you are for some reason still using CWSS v4.01 or if you are using a CWSS texture upgrade mod (as many of those mods seem to still have the old texture size problem this fixes). In either case if you are still using this make sure it's loaded after and overwrites anything else.
v2.0 now also includes the normal map with corrected dimensions, thanks to bionicyardiff and IcewaterKat for catching that omission.
Just install with your mod manager and load after/overwrite anything else.
