Replaces the timelord heartbeat with the Masters drumbeat, the sound also plays while regenerating. This is for the evil timelords of the commonwealth!
Update 1, added new audio for the fobwatch.
If you wish to use this with my other SFX packs Fallout who Regenerated SFX Pack or Fallout Who Regenerated - Toyota SFX Pack simply manually download this file and move the fwFXregen.xwm and fwFXtimelordHeartbeat_LP.wav over to Data\Sound\fx\FalloutWho\Misc in one of the other packs you choose it'll prompt you to replace the 2 files, select yes.
