I'ts based on Half-Life Alyx model of Gordon Freeman. It was made using only vanilla settings of the game. You can use it for tops or videos about mods, but remember to give credits for it.
Also I made a video with multiple mods to turn Fallout 4 into a Half-Life Experience. It's in spanish, but all the links are listed in the description.
