As it say. Outside Vault111 there's 3 Ammo boxes: one with PerkMags, one with Companion Perks & one with Bobbleheads.To activate the Companion Perks you just have to read the Notes.
NOTE: FOR THE PERKMAGS & BOBBLEHEADS: take them one at a time VIA the "Take" Option, Not "transfer" mode the perks won't work if you do.
