Mod is flag as esl but have format esp.

I make this mod for myself but i share with other . What this mod do? Change a litte things around exp getting.

Mod Change:

Optional increase exp need for levelup for a slow levelup, patch include in fomod install.

Well Rested And Lovers Embrace is set to 24H

Add a Genius Soup what give 10% xp gain for 24H

Each INT point gives you 10% boost in XP (3% is default) makes intelligent characters more useful

Get less xp from cooking and Workshop (Settlement build) for make useful for use Genius Soup

Increase xp get from discover new location (find new map market on map). (Why i do this? because i am bored to go in some location after i finish game so many times , this now make me a bit motivated to find new location for better xp i get)

Increase duration of Idiot Savant duration from 1 min (60 sec) to 5 min (300 sec) 
(IdiotSavantXPBoostSpell this don`t edit perks idiot savant , this is something what perk idiot savant use it , this is for exemple at lvl 3 idiot savant give bonus xp for 1 min , that 1 min is now 5 min, if you use other mod what make change to perk idiot savant and use other configuration this mod maybe cant work even if is load after that mod because this dont edit perk.)
