Dough-Boy has a special unreleased Vault-Tec bobblehead. He may choose to give it to you at some point... or maybe it's hidden somewhere.
He is based on the real-life Bethesda merch and the in-game art. Slocum's Joe Oversized Plush ported from real-life to Fallout 4!
Speaking of merch - you can get the plushie in-game too! I actually own it IRL. It's the softest, best plushie ever.
