Hi guys,
Did you ever found a legendary chameleon armor. Then had a litttle fun with it? It got old cause you couldn aim properly. So you go rid of it and now few hours into the game even though you don't have the armor equipped or not even in your inventory you get the chameleon effect out of nowhere?
I presenet to you ChameleonBeGone batch file.
It is a simple batch file that has a console comand in it. You don't need to download this file. Just crouch to activate the effect and type it into your console.
Player.RemoveSpell 976E5
Issue solved.
For people who want to use this Batch file.
Vanilla users:
Download this file into your Fallout 4 instalation folder. When in game, crouch to activate the effect and type this into your console.

MO2 Users: Find the MO2 Instalation folder. Inside there is a "Stock Game" folder. save it inside of that one. In game crouch to activate the effect and type this into your console.
