Added a keyword to this location so it can be targeted by a relevant radiant quest.
Added navmeshing to a flat roof accessible from within the settlement’s build area.
Fixed a hairline crack in one of the buildings.
Fixed some minor previs errors near the playground.
Fixed spots where grass would poke up through foundations. (This does not fix the problem for Commonwealth Reclamation Project: Overgrowth, which sets grass to grow on non-grass terrain)
Fixed targeting on the scrappable power connectors.
Fixed inconsistencies with scrappables in the Desperados Overhaul patch.
Fixed inconsistencies with debris pile textures in the FROST Cell Fixes patch.
Fixed the filenames for the Hunkered Down previs patches to match other previs patches.

You've found a nice playground, complete with some shelter and an old shop full of tools. But it doesn't show up on your map, and it certainly isn't someplace you can build. Now, however, it is a fully functional settlement ready and waiting for you.

This settlement is compatible with radiant quests, such as the minutemen quests.
Precombines have been rebuilt to allow more scrapping. (Downloaded as separate previs files to avoid wasting disk space and bandwidth)
Flagged as a light plugin (esl-flagged esp) for minimal impact on load order.

Does this work with Sim Settlements 2?
It does! However, it doesn't have a city plan, which means designing the city and its layout is up to you. If you like the location enough to make your own city plan, feel free to post it online.
